Qualifications + Goal

  • A strong sense of calling to church planting in Los Angeles
  • Proven character and integrity
  • Ministry and life experience
  • Affiliation and assessment with a denomination, church planting network, or sending church
  • Pastors and ministry staff of existing churches are encouraged to apply.

Church Planing Incubator Goal:

Our goal is for church planters to be healthier from the inside-out, to experience life-giving community with those
who share a similar calling and to provide you with practical tools for starting and growing a gospel-centered church.

Intensive Weekend

Our Launch Date for this upcoming Year 1 Cohort will be the weekend of August 15th-17th.
This weekend is the launch weekend to welcome our new applicants and will give you a deep dive
into our core Gospel-Centered content as you look ahead to the two year program.

Regional Locations :

Long Beach

Our story begins here in North Long Beach as we started our cohort trainings here on a small scale. Light & Life Christian Fellowship has been a vital proponent to our growth and standing as an organization here in SoCal. We have now grown and host a training session here about once a month! 

Inland Empire

Feeling called to expand, we worked alongside one of our own church planting graduates to host a training out in San Bernardino at Character Church. We are now training and reaching planters in the Inland Empire who are reaching new and growing communities in this region. 

San Diego

Our San Diego training is held at Rolando Church and has tremendously helped us set our foot print in San Diego. As we reach more church planters throughout all of Southern California, we did not want to leave this vital region and San Diego pastors out of our reach! 

Orange County 

As we begin to expand, we want to be able to better reach leaders and planters in Orange County.  Our hope is to recruit and expand our training to be able to be hosted in Costa Mesa. 

South LA 

As City to City Los Angeles, we want to be able to reach and host a vital training location in South LA. Southern California is such a large region, but ultimately we want to empower and resource planters in the heart of Los Angeles.
